Sidharth Malhotra is an Indian famous actor. he was born in a Punjabi family in Delhi He received his early education at Delhi's Don Bosco School and also Birla Vidya Niketan. Then he went Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.

Career:

He started his career with modelling. He was a successful model but he was not satisfied with his profession and a few years later he decided to quit and he worked as an assistant director in Karan Johar film "MY NAME IS KHAN".


In 2012, he started his career as an actor in Karan Johar film "Student Of the Year". In this film, he worked with Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. In this film, he is a middle-class student who competes with his rich best friend for winning the championship. He also received a Filmfare award for "Best Male Debut of the Year" for this film. This film was a successful film. Then he worked as a hero in the film "Hasee Toh Phasee". In this film, he worked with Parineeti Chopra and Adha Sharma. This film is about the love story.In this film Parineeti act as a drug abusing scientist and Sidharth act as an under-confident businessman .
His another film was "EK Tha Villian" which was released in 2014. And this film was a super film. In this film, Sidharth Malhotra is working as a hardened criminal whose wife is fighting cancer and killed by a serial killer. In this film Shraddha Kapoor act as Siddharth wife and Riteish  Deshmukh as a serial killer. This film is a hit film and proved a gateway to success for Siddarth. But his next film "Brothers" in which he worked with Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez and Jackie Shroff received negative reviews.
He also worked in Shakun Batra film "Kapoor & Sons". This film received good reviews and hit on box office. In this film, he worked with Rishi Kapoor, Ratna Pathak Shah, Fawad Khan and Alia
